Q How does the whole process work?

It starts when you send us a 1688 product link (or even a screenshot or description in English). We research the product, verify availability, and send you a detailed quote within 2–4 hours. Once you approve, we purchase the item on 1688 using our Chinese account, receive it at our Guangzhou warehouse for inspection, and ship it to you via DHL, FedEx, or sea freight. You'll get tracking info and photo reports at every major step.

Q How long does it take from sending the link to receiving the package?

Typical timeline: 10–15 business days via express (DHL/FedEx), 30–45 days via sea freight. The procurement and QC phase usually takes 2–5 days. Products that need to be sourced from different sellers or are out of stock at the first supplier will take longer — we'll always notify you of any delays.

Q Do I need a 1688 account?

No. We have verified 1688 buyer accounts with payment history and seller relationships. You only need to send us the product link — we handle everything else. You also don't need to speak Chinese.

Q What information do I need to provide when sending a product link?

The 1688 URL is the most important thing. If you can also tell us: quantity needed, preferred color/size/variant, and any specific requirements — that helps us give you an accurate quote faster. But even a partial link or a screenshot works. We'll find the exact product for you.

Q Can I change my order after it's been placed?

It depends on the seller's policy and whether the order has already shipped from the 1688 seller to our warehouse. If the seller still accepts changes, we can update the order. Once the package has left the seller, changes are not possible. We'll always inform you of the window for changes before we place the order.

Q How does your service fee work?

Our service fee is a percentage of the 1688 product price (not the shipping or any other cost). Three tiers: 5% for orders under ¥5,000, 4% for ¥5,000–¥30,000, and 3% for orders over ¥30,000. There's no other markup — we pass through the product price at cost.

Q Are there any hidden fees?

No. The quote we send you before you approve includes: product price, service fee, domestic shipping within China, and international shipping options. QC inspection and basic packaging are always free. The only optional add-ons are custom packaging and product photography, which we quote separately.

Q What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal (personal or business), bank wire transfer, and Wise/Revolut. All payments are in USD or EUR — we handle the CNY conversion ourselves. We don't mark up exchange rates; we pass the mid-market rate through.

Q Is there a minimum order size?

There is no strict MOQ on our end — 1688 sellers often accept orders for as little as 1 unit. However, for orders under ¥500 (~$70), we add a ¥25 flat processing fee to cover fixed transaction costs. Above ¥500, standard tier pricing applies.

Q How is the quote validity period?

Our quotes are valid for 48 hours. Exchange rates and product availability can change in that window, so we try to confirm before the window closes. If the quote expires, we re-quote with current pricing — typically at most a few dollars difference.

Q Do you offer credit or billing terms for regular clients?

Yes — clients with regular monthly orders above ¥30,000 can apply for monthly billing with net-15 terms. Contact us to discuss this if you have consistent purchasing volumes.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q Which shipping carriers do you use?

We primarily use DHL, FedEx, and UPS for express shipping (5–15 days). For larger orders or budget-sensitive shipments, we also offer sea freight (25–45 days) and air freight. We always present 2–3 options so you can choose based on speed and budget.

Q Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries worldwide — US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, Japan, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa, South America. If you're in a country with restricted shipping lanes, we'll let you know during the quote stage and suggest alternatives.

Q Can I track my order?

Yes. After dispatch, we send you a shared Google Sheets link with real-time tracking status, plus the carrier tracking number. You can also message us on WhatsApp anytime for status updates. We proactively update you within 24 hours of any carrier status change.

Q What happens if my package gets lost or stuck in customs?

We assist with carrier investigations for lost packages — filing claims, communicating with the carrier on your behalf. For customs issues, we provide all required documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, declaration) to minimize delays. Any customs duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility and will be communicated before shipping if we anticipate them.

Q Can you consolidate multiple products into one shipment?

Yes — this is one of our most popular services. If you're ordering from multiple 1688 sellers, we receive all items at our Guangzhou warehouse, consolidate them into one parcel, and ship as a single package. This saves significantly on international shipping. Consolidation fee is ¥2 per additional item beyond the first.

🔍 Quality Control

Q How do you inspect products?

Every item we receive at our warehouse goes through a visual QC process: checking that the quantity matches your order, verifying correct variant (color, size, model), inspecting for visible defects or damage, and ensuring packaging is adequate for international transit. We photograph any issues and send you a QC report before shipping.

Q What if an item arrives damaged or defective?

We investigate every QC issue. If the product arrived damaged from the 1688 seller, we file a claim with the seller and either get a replacement or a refund. If the damage occurred in transit, we assist with the carrier insurance claim. In either case, we offer either a partial refund or a free resend — your choice.

Q Do you offer pre-shipment product photography?

Yes — we can photograph products before shipping for ¥15–30 per SKU. This is useful if you're dropshipping and need listing photos but don't have the product physically. We can also send you samples of the actual product before the full order ships.

💳 Payment

Q Can I pay in USD or EUR?

Yes. We accept USD and EUR via PayPal, bank wire, or Wise/Revolut. You pay in your currency — we handle the CNY conversion on our end at the mid-market bank rate with no markup.

Q Do I pay before or after I see the product?

We operate on a quote-then-pay model: you approve the quote first, then make payment. The payment is held until we confirm the product has been received at our warehouse and passes QC. You don't pay before we have the product in hand and verified.

Q Is my payment safe?

We work through PayPal's buyer protection when possible, and all our communications are documented via email and WhatsApp. We have many returning clients who have been ordering with us for years — our reputation depends on transparency and no-dispute outcomes. If something goes wrong, we resolve it.

Q What platforms do you source from?

Primarily 1688.com — China's largest wholesale marketplace with the best prices. We also source from Taobao (consumer products, faster domestic shipping), Tmall (brand-name products), and Alibaba.com (factory-direct, custom manufacturing). We always go to the most cost-effective source for your product type.

Q Can you help me find products to sell?

Yes — we offer product research as part of our service. If you tell us what kind of products you're looking for (category, price range, target market), we can search 1688 and Taobao for suitable options, verify supplier legitimacy, and provide you with a shortlist of candidates with pricing and MOQ details.

Q Can you help with custom manufacturing or OEM?

Yes — we can help you source from factories via Alibaba for custom manufacturing, OEM, and ODM orders. This includes help with supplier verification, sample approval, and production follow-up. For these orders, the process is longer (2–8 weeks for production + shipping) but per-unit costs are significantly lower at scale.

Q What product categories do you handle?

We handle most consumer product categories: fashion (clothing, accessories, shoes), electronics and gadgets, home and kitchen, beauty and cosmetics, toys and hobbies, office supplies, packaging materials. We have experience across most categories. If you're unsure, just send the link and ask.

Q What if a product is out of stock or discontinued?

We immediately notify you with alternatives — either the same product from a different 1688 seller, or a similar product from our supplier network. We don't charge you anything unless you approve the alternative and decide to proceed.

🚀 Dropshipping

Q Can you ship directly to my customer without my name or company showing up?

Yes — this is standard blind shipping. We remove all invoices, receipts, and any 1688 or SupplyLink branding from the package. Your customer receives a plain box with only the items they ordered. We can ship to your customer's address directly.

Q Can I use my own packaging with my brand on it?

Yes for orders over 200 units — we can use your custom packaging (boxes, tape, mailers). For smaller orders, we offer generic plain packaging. Contact us to discuss custom packaging options and pricing for your specific order volume.

Q How fast can you process a dropshipping order?

We process dropshipping orders within 2 hours of receipt during business hours. The full fulfillment (purchase → QC → dispatch) typically takes 3–7 days. Express international shipping then adds 5–15 days depending on destination. Total: 8–22 days from the moment you send us the order to your customer receiving it.

Q Do you offer product photography for dropshippers?

Yes — ¥15–30 per SKU for our warehouse team to photograph products on our end. The photos are taken against a clean white background, suitable for Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, or any other platform listings.
